Established in 1986, Jandson Homes is now in its 17th year of trading.

By 1994 barely 8 years after it started, Jandson already completed more than a thousand homes.

Amongst these were:

Low cost homes for entry home buyers

Specialty designs for narrower lots and dual occupancy

Project and contract homes

Luxury homes and Multi-unit developments with values of $5 million dollars plus.

Our participation in strategic display villages enabled us to continue this momentum for the next eight years.

To coincide with the conclusion of our involvement in HomeWorld III in December 2002 Jandson had a gain achieved another 1000 homes in the intervening years. Our activity in knock down and rebuild work helped to ensure this outcome as broadacre development work had all but ceased by this.
